Shampoo: Wet hair with cold water and apply shampoo to the roots, massage scalp only and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water until completely removed.
Treatment: With damp hair after using the Onion, Rosemary, and Biotin Shampoo, apply a small amount of the Onion, Rosemary, and Biotin Treatment to all of your hair. You can leave it on for 5 minutes and rinse, or leave it in until your next wash. Brushing and straightening are not necessary. Do not combine with any conditioner.
